The Firm advises on company and business law, in relation to all the phases and events involving shareholders and corporate governance, such as: directors’ and auditors’ obligations and responsibilities, support in proceedings initiated by Regulatory Authorities, shareholders’ rights, majority shareholders’ rights and protection of minority shareholders, drafting of the minutes of company documents, appeals against resolutions on the approval of the financial statement and resolutions taken by corporate bodies.
