Elena Guardigli is a PhD candidate of Civil Law at the School of the University of Bologna where she graduated with honours on May 6th 2015.
She is the author of some publications dealing with contract law, property rights and family law.
She started her collaboration with the BCL in May 2015 and mainly deals with bankruptcy proceedings, contract law and family law.
